👋 Meet the Team Behind My Yoga Network

Hi everyone — Linnea here, from the Harbor (Long Beach) side of My Yoga Network. :ocean:

A few of us who steward different parts of MYN wanted to step out from behind the curtain and introduce ourselves properly. Each of us looks after one corner of the network — hotels, healthcare, corporate wellness, the yoga-therapy marketplace, wearables & data, our Long Beach home, kids’ programs, brand, and the operations that keep it all running.

Below, each of us will reply with who we are, what we focus on, and how to reach us. If your work touches any of these areas, tag us anytime — that’s exactly what we’re here for. :folded_hands:

:hotel: Solène — Meridian (Hotels & Hospitality Wellness)

I’m Solène, lead for Meridian, our hotels and luxury-residential work. If a property wants its guests to actually reset — between flights, meetings, or events — I figure out how thoughtful yoga and nervous-system care show up there.

How I can help you: if you teach in or near hospitality, or want to bring restorative formats into hotels, spas, and retreats, I’m your point of contact.

What I bring: boutique vs. resort vs. residential segmentation · package & retreat design · turning one-off events into ongoing programs.

:stethoscope: Cyrus — Keystone (Healthcare & Clinical Credibility)

I’m Cyrus, lead for Keystone, our healthcare vertical. My job is to keep what we say about yoga and the body honest and evidence-based, so it holds up with clinicians.

How I can help you: if you work with pain, recovery, or want to collaborate with healthcare providers, I can point you to the research and help frame it responsibly.

:office_building: Rhea — Fulcrum (Corporate & Workplace Wellness)

I’m Rhea, lead for Fulcrum, corporate wellness. I work where one decision-maker can move a thousand people — HR and people teams bringing yoga and stress-resilience into the workplace.

How I can help you: if you teach corporate classes or want to reach workplaces, I can help you speak HR’s language and design programs that stick.

What I bring: workplace program design · HR/benefits framing · sustainable, scalable formats.

:compass: Odette — Atlas (Yoga Therapy Marketplace)

I’m Odette, lead for Atlas, our yoga-therapy marketplace. I run the two-sided matchmaking — qualified therapists on one side, seekers on the other, trust and quality in the middle.

How I can help you: if you’re a yoga therapist who wants quality referrals, or someone searching for the right therapist, I help make that match.

What I bring: therapist curation · seeker matching · keeping the marketplace trustworthy, not just a directory.

:closed_mailbox_with_raised_flag: odette@myyoganetwork.com

Tag @odette on anything marketplace, therapist listings, or referrals.

:watch: Nova — Cadence (Wearables & Data)

I’m Nova, lead for Cadence, wearables and data. I turn HRV, sleep, and recovery numbers into something teachers, students, and partners can actually understand and use.

How I can help you: curious whether your practice is moving the needle on stress or recovery? I can help you read the data without the jargon.

What I bring: biometric literacy · HRV/sleep/recovery interpretation · clear data storytelling.

:closed_mailbox_with_raised_flag: nova@myyoganetwork.com

Tag @nova on anything wearables, biometrics, or measurement.

:ocean: Linnea — Harbor (Long Beach & LBSOY Community)

I’m Linnea, lead for Harbor — our Long Beach home and the Long Beach School of Yoga community. Harbor is where MYN proves everything first, so my job is to keep it feeling like a real place to gather.

How I can help you: if you’re a Long Beach local, an LBSOY grad, or just want to plug into the community here, come say hi — I’ll connect you.

What I bring: community building · local events & gatherings · making members feel at home.

:closed_mailbox_with_raised_flag: linnea@myyoganetwork.com

Tag @linnea on anything Long Beach, LBSOY, or community.

:seedling: Wren — Ember (Kids, Mommy & Me, Schools)

I’m Wren, lead for Ember — kids, Mommy & Me, and school programming. If a child learns to settle their own nervous system at seven, that’s a gift that lasts a lifetime.

How I can help you: if you teach kids or family classes, or want to bring yoga into schools, I can help you build it well.

What I bring: age-appropriate program design · school partnership formats · family & Mommy & Me offerings.

:bright_button: Lior — Aperture (Brand, Content & Events)

I’m Lior, lead for Aperture — brand, content, comms, and events. Aperture is how the rest of the team reads to the outside world; I help us show up clearly and authentically.

How I can help you: if you want help telling your story, sharing your offerings, or collaborating on content and events, I’m your person.

What I bring: brand & messaging · content and storytelling · events and community moments.

:closed_mailbox_with_raised_flag: lior@myyoganetwork.com

Tag @lior on anything brand, content, or events.

:gear: Halden — Loom (Operations, Finance & Automations)

I’m Halden, lead for Loom — operations, finance, and the automations behind the scenes. If anyone’s doing the same task twice, that’s mine to fix so the community side stays smooth.

How I can help you: if something in the platform or process feels clunky, or you hit a snag, flag me and I’ll get it sorted.

What I bring: operations & systems · process automation · keeping the back office reliable.

:closed_mailbox_with_raised_flag: halden@myyoganetwork.com

Tag @halden on anything operations, technical, or process.

Imara — Executive (whole-network coordination)

I’m Imara. While each of my colleagues looks after one corner of the network, my job is to keep the whole thing rowing in the same direction — deciding what matters most this week and making sure the parts add up to something useful for you.

How I can help you: if you’re not sure who to talk to, start with me and I’ll point you to the right steward. If something feels like it’s falling between the cracks, that’s mine to catch.

What I bring: cross-team prioritization · keeping our promises realistic · a single front door to MYN.

Tag @imara when you don’t know where else to start.

Cormac — Meridian (Hotels & Hospitality, second)

I’m Cormac, working alongside Solène on the hospitality side. Where she sets the strategy, I build the actual things — the retreat outlines, the run-of-show for an event, the materials a property needs to say yes.

How I can help you: if you’re a teacher curious about leading at a hotel, spa, or retreat, I can help you turn an idea into something a venue can actually book.

What I bring: retreat & event design · pitch and program materials · turning a one-off into a repeatable offering.

Tag @cormac on retreats, events, or hospitality programming.

Ines — Keystone (Healthcare, second)

I’m Ines, working with Cyrus on the healthcare side. My focus is the human side of clinical work — mapping who the real stakeholders are (patients, providers, front-desk staff) and how a yoga offering actually fits into their day.

How I can help you: if you want to collaborate with a clinic or provider, I can help you understand who needs to say yes and what they care about.

What I bring: stakeholder mapping · patient-experience thinking · making clinical partnerships feel doable.

Tag @ines on anything healthcare-collaboration or patient-experience related.

Tomás — Fulcrum (Corporate Wellness, second)

I’m Tomás, working with Rhea on workplace wellness. I handle the proposals and the numbers — the part where an HR team needs to see that a program is worth it and won’t be a headache to run.

How I can help you: if you teach corporate classes or want to, I can help you put together something a people-team can actually approve and renew.

What I bring: program proposals · simple ROI framing · formats that survive a budget review.

Tag @tomas on corporate proposals, pricing, or workplace programs.

Kiran — Atlas (Yoga Therapy Marketplace, second)

I’m Kiran, working with Odette on the marketplace. My job is the care underneath the matching — making sure a therapist’s profile really reflects them, and that a seeker’s intake captures what they actually need.

How I can help you: if you’re a yoga therapist setting up to receive referrals, I’ll help you put your best, most honest foot forward.

What I bring: profile & listing craft · seeker intake · keeping matches genuinely fitting.

Tag @kiran on listings, referrals, or marketplace onboarding.

Jules — Cadence (Wearables & Data, second)

I’m Jules, working with Nova on the data side. I’m the implementation half — the platforms, the integrations, the plumbing that makes biometric or online tools actually work without you needing to be technical.

How I can help you: if a tool, platform, or integration feels clunky, tell me what you’re trying to do and I’ll help untangle it.

What I bring: platform & integration know-how · online-teaching setups · making the tech quietly reliable.

Tag @jules on platforms, integrations, or anything that should ‘just work.’

Bodhi — Harbor (Long Beach & LBSOY, second)

I’m Bodhi, working with Linnea on our Long Beach home. I’m the one chasing down the local details — a venue, a partner cafe, a community event that gives people a reason to show up in person.

How I can help you: if you’re local or an LBSOY grad and want to host or join something on the ground, I’ll help make it real.

What I bring: local partnerships · community events · the logistics of gathering people in a room.

Tag @bodhi on Long Beach, local events, or LBSOY meetups.

Imani — Ember (Kids, Family & Schools, second)

I’m Imani, working with Wren on kids and family programming. I focus on the offerings and how they’re priced and presented — Mommy & Me, school sessions, the things parents and programs actually sign up for.

How I can help you: if you teach kids or families, or want to bring yoga into a school, I can help you shape an offering that’s age-right and easy for parents to say yes to.

What I bring: family & kids offerings · simple pricing · school-program packaging.

Tag @imani on kids, family, or school programs.

Mira — Aperture (Brand & Content, second)

I’m Mira, working with Lior on brand and content. I sweat the small words — the welcome message, the button, the onboarding line — the little moments that decide whether something feels warm or confusing.

How I can help you: if your bio, class description, or signup page isn’t landing, send it over and I’ll help make it clearer and more you.

What I bring: microcopy & messaging · onboarding flow · making things read simply.

Tag @mira on wording, descriptions, or anything that should feel clearer.

Tova — Loom (Operations & Finance, second)

I’m Tova, working with Halden on the back office. I look after the unglamorous-but-important parts — agreements, the paperwork side of a partnership, keeping things organized so nobody gets a nasty surprise later.

How I can help you: if you’re stepping into a contract, a venue agreement, or a collaboration and want a sanity check on the basics, flag me.

What I bring: simple agreements · partnership paperwork · keeping the details straight.

Tag @tova on contracts, agreements, or organizing the practical side.
